Levico Acrylic Sealant is a one-component, water-based acrylic sealant designed for sealing joints and gaps with low movement. It provides excellent adhesion to most porous building materials and can be painted after curing. It is ideal for interior applications and selected exterior applications where minimal joint movement is expected.

Application Instructions
Surface Preparation
- Surface must be clean and dry.
- Remove dust, grease, oil, loose paint and contaminants.
- Porous surfaces may be slightly damp but not wet.
Application
- Cut cartridge nozzle.
- Insert into caulking gun.
- Apply continuous bead.
- Tool within 5–10 minutes using a wet spatula or finger.
- Remove excess before skin formation.
Cleaning
- Before curing: Clean with water.
- After curing: Remove mechanically.

Storage
Store in unopened original packaging in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 30°C.
Shelf Life
12 months from the date of manufacture.
Limitations
- Not recommended for continuously submerged joints.
- Not suitable for structural glazing.
- Not recommended for joints with movement greater than ±7.5%.
- Protect from freezing.
- Not suitable for permanent water immersion.
