MS krystal Sealant Adhesive

 

MS Krystal Sealant is a premium, one-component, moisture-curing Modified Silane (MS Polymer) adhesive and sealant. It combines the elasticity of silicone with the paintability and bonding strength of polyurethane, while being free from solvents, isocyanates, and silicone.

The cured sealant forms a crystal-clear, flexible, weather-resistant bond suitable for both interior in the and exterior applications.

Application Instructions

 

    1. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, and loose particles.

    1. Cut the cartridge nozzle to the required bead size.

    1. Apply using a standard caulking gun.

    1. Tool the sealant within the skin formation time using a suitable finishing tool.

    1. Allow the sealant to cure completely before subjecting it to heavy loads or water exposure.

Limitations

Not recommended for:

 

    • Structural glazing unless specifically certified.

    • Continuous underwater immersion.

    • Expansion joints exceeding the rated movement capability.

    • Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), or PTFE surfaces without specialized primers.

    • Food-contact or medical applications unless the product is specifically approved.
